2012

Japanese Auto-Ancillary Companies

Humble beginnings on a strong footing

Our journey began with a trio of Industrial flooring projects for Japanese Automobile projects in the Delhi NCR area.

2014

Flipkart’s largest warehouse in Telangana

Our first major e-commerce project

A 20,000 Sqm facility for Flipkart delivered to a specification of FM2 Special. At that time, it was
Flipkart’s biggest single-roof facility in the whole of Telangana.

2015

Crop Research facility

Project for a United Nations affiliate

We applied our expertise in flat floor construction to deliver a research platform for a United Nations Crop research facility. The floor levelness and flatness was key in eliminating the error and noise in the data captured by their optical instruments.

Our first VNA Super-flat floor

Exceeding the contract specification to achieve DM1

In our first ever VNA Super-flat project in addition to comfortably meeting the target specification of Cat-1 (DM2) , the third-party survey also passed the higher specification of Super-flat (DM1) without any need for grinding.

Our first Seamless floor for a Canadian Company

Minus 25 degrees Celsius Freezer Floor

An award winning project for us. Seamless floors are complex systems and need a lot of expertise to get right. Today, we are the market leaders of this product segment in India.

Business Leadership Award

Humbled by the recognition from IIT Madras (Alma Mater)

Our Director, Piyush Sahni, a graduate of IIT Madras, was felicitated with the Business Leadership Award, by his Alma Mater, for the work our company has done in the field of Industrial Flooring.

For FM Logistics, a French Company

Mega jointless floor project

Completed a 32,000 sqm jointless floor slab with coloured hardener for a French 3PL Company

2021

Design, Build and Survey

A big Warehouse Park Delivered

Delivered a complete warehousing park project with 8 lac sqft of FM2 flooring spread over 3 boxes and 3 lac sqft of external pavement.

2022

BMW, Sri Lanka

Our First Overseas Project

Successfully completed our first overseas project in an extremely challenging pandemic situation. A 65,000 Automobile Assembly Plant in Sri Lanka for BMW.

2023

ASRS Floor in South India

22 Tons Point load and 30 meter high racking

Successfully delivered a ASRS floor with 30 meters high racking and 22 Metric Tons point load.

Robotics Application

AGV/AMR Floor

Built a high precision R&D floor for a Robot manufacturer in West India. This facility is being used by them to test their AGV/AMR Robots for warehouse automation.

2024

Dark Warehouse

Clad Rack floor

Dark Warehouse Delivered.

Clad Rack floor built to carry 70 Tons point load.

Delivered a 700mm thick combi-reinforced slab designed to carry rack load as well as building load, including seismic and wind loads.
